Palm Springs Kettlebell Boot Camp Five Week Structure

Each week of the five-week boot camp introduces new skills and targets different fitness components. By combining foundational techniques with progressive challenges, you’ll build strength, endurance, flexibility, and power.


Week 1: Foundation and Endurance

  • Learn essential kettlebell movements, including the swing, vertical pull, and clean.
  • Focus: Endurance and long-term energy system conditioning.


Week 2: Strength-Endurance and Power Introduction

  • Master overhead movements like the push press.
  • Advance basic skills, such as swings, by adding movement across the floor.
  • Integrate traditional weight exercises using kettlebells.
  • Focus: Strength-endurance metabolic system.


Week 3: Flexibility, Coordination, and Advanced Power

  • Refine basic techniques while incorporating rotational and flexibility-enhancing movements.
  • Learn advanced power moves like the jerk.
  • Focus: Strength-power metabolic system and coordination.


Week 4: Advanced Power and Strength

  • Hone power movements, including the snatch and its variations.
  • Push your limits by targeting maximum strength-power systems.


Week 5: High-Intensity Performance

  • Combine all learned skills into high-intensity interval-style workouts.
  • Maximize both metabolic and neurological adaptations for peak performance.

  • Boot Camp meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM for an energizing workout.


  • The program runs for five weeks, with the flexibility to join either one or two sessions per week.
