Our Kettlebell Bootcamp caters to everyone—from fitness enthusiasts looking to shed a few pounds and improve overall health to advanced athletes seeking unparalleled strength, endurance, and explosive power.
Under the guidance of our expert instructors, you’ll master foundational kettlebell movements, including the swing, vertical pull, clean, push press, snatch, and more. These exercises not only elevate your heart rate but also transform your body into a fat-burning machine through high-energy, full-body workouts.
Each week of the five-week boot camp introduces new skills and targets different fitness components. By combining foundational techniques with progressive challenges, you’ll build strength, endurance, flexibility, and power.
Boot Camp meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM for an energizing workout.
The program runs for five weeks, with the flexibility to join either one or two sessions per week.
Classes take place outdoors at Ruth Hardy Park in Palm Springs.
